Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment activities, the contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop talent acquisition strategies and partner with hiring managers to source candidates for Department of Defense-related roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking and proactive sourcing techniques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Experience recruiting for Contract Administrator or Subcontract Administrator roles in DoD or government contracting environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
