Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance recruitment efforts, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage sourcing, full life-cycle recruitment, and consult with internal stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies in partnership with stakeholders
- Conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities for assigned divisions, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding
- Coach and counsel recruiters on candidate attraction, selection, and onboarding practices while ensuring compliance with EEO/AA efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies within a healthcare or hospital setting
- Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Proficiency with Workday and other recruitment platforms
