Job Summary
To support the Talent Acquisition department, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life-cycle recruitment activities, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and provide consulting to recruiters while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing and screening strategies in partnership with stakeholders
- Utilize metrics to evaluate and adjust recruitment strategies for effectiveness
- Conduct full life-cycle recruitment and advise on candidate selection and onboarding processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably for clinical licensed and/or credentialed healthcare roles
