Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support comprehensive IT recruitment efforts, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle recruitment for cleared and uncleared billable positions, collaborating closely with program management and human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full life cycle recruitment for IT positions in cybersecurity compliance, identity credential and access management, and software solutions development
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure compliance with HR regulations

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment for government contracts, particularly within the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian agencies
• Demonstrated ability to identify and close candidates across various levels of the talent spectrum
• Proven track record of collaboration and influencing hiring decisions as a talent acquisition professional
• Experience with prime and sub-contracting positions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools
