Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Advisor to support its Human Resources team in the Automotive business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and hire top candidates
• Partner with business unit leadership to understand their talent needs and advise on strategies
• Manage or assist with Talent Acquisition projects, including training and diversity efforts

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience working with global teams
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different functions
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Advanced critical thinking abilities and sound judgment
