Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Advisor responsible for full life cycle recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for the Project & Development Services business line
  • Generate a diverse candidate population using various sourcing methods
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines and assist with managing the employment brand across social media
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in Life Sciences and/or Construction Management
  • Strong hiring manager influencing skills and labor market expertise
  • Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment management tools is a plus
