Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including hard to fill and leadership roles
• Strong consultative advisory skills with demonstrated influence at senior levels
• Behavioral interviewing and assessment expertise
• Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office
