Job Summary

To support organizational goals, the full-time Senior Talent Advisor will serve as a strategic partner in workforce planning, utilizing market insights to enhance hiring practices and improve talent outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build alignment with business leaders to shape talent strategies that support business outcomes
• Partner with leaders to assess current and future talent needs and develop strategies to address gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, consulting, or workforce strategy
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic advisor rather than an execution-focused recruiter
• Experience in using market data and analytics to influence talent decisions
• Strong background in designing innovative sourcing strategies for complex roles
