Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Senior Talent Advisor will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent in a remote setting for a limited-term position lasting six months.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate and implement the full-cycle recruitment process for various staff and leadership positions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
  • Analyze client requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to create position profiles and understand hiring needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience in a Talent Advisor or Recruiter role
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred
