Job Summary

To enhance the hiring process in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Talent Attraction Operations Manager will design and lead operational systems, standardize Talent Attraction practices, and drive continuous improvement across the hiring lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive operational consistency and process excellence by creating playbooks and toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Optimize the end-to-end hiring journey by mapping and evolving candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Serve as the Workday Talent Attraction Subject Matter Expert, enhancing workflows and automation within Workday Recruiting
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Attraction Operations or People Operations, ideally with prior recruiting experience
  • Deep expertise with Workday Recruiting, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
  • Proven experience in building and scaling recruiting operations in fast-paced organizations
  • Strong process design and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with various teams and business leaders
