Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and align them with strategic goals
• Lead performance management processes and support talent development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including talent management and organizational development
• Proven ability to align talent initiatives with business objectives
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth organizations is preferred
• HRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications are preferred
