Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Consultant to manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and developing a pool of qualified candidates for various positions
- Participating in talent acquisition efforts and creating pipelines of talent
- Onboarding new employees and mentoring team members in recruitment processes
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Three years of recruitment experience, or nine years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Preferred experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft
- Preferred experience as a corporate recruiter
- Preferred HR experience in a healthcare organization
