Senior Talent Development Consultant
Job Summary
To shape and drive talent development strategies, the remote Senior Talent Development Consultant will consult with business executives, oversee complex learning initiatives, and elevate organizational performance through best-in-class development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, identifying talent development needs that align with organizational priorities
- Lead the design and development of high-impact learning programs, ensuring quality and adherence to adult learning standards
- Provide coaching and mentorship to facilitators and instructional designers while managing cross-functional project teams for effective program delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in talent development, instructional design, or learning leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level learning initiatives and managing complex projects
- Strong consulting skills with expertise in needs assessment and strategic solution design
- Experience in coaching and mentoring instructional design or facilitation professionals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced certifications are a plus
