Job Summary

Designing and scaling professional and leadership development experiences, the full-time Senior Talent Development Expert will partner with senior leaders to assess skill needs, lead the evolution of learning technology, and build a culture of continuous learning across a global organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Design leadership and professional learning programs to develop core skills across the organization
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create learning experiences aligned with business strategy
  • Drive the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System to enhance scalable learning
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in learning and talent development, preferably in global or matrixed tech or SaaS organizations
  • Proven expertise in curriculum design, learning strategy, and program management
  • Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP systems and experience in system selection or rollout projects
  • Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • A degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred)
