Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development & Employee Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global new hire onboarding and develop manager training programs
• Support employee engagement measurement programs and manage Employee Resource Group operations
• Track program effectiveness and drive operational excellence in program execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR program management
• Proven track record in designing and executing onboarding and training programs
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing program metrics
• Experience with learning platforms and engagement tools
