Key responsibilities

  • Manages leadership development programs and ensures consistency in onboarding across all plants
Required qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Design
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to diagnose needs and implement solutions
  • Experience designing and delivering capability programs for frontline leaders or managers
  • Strong ability to translate enterprise frameworks into practical applications
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments while providing clarity and accountability
