Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Owns talent strategy, including talent assessment, succession planning, and performance processes
- Provides expertise in organizational design and advises on enhancements to roles and processes
- Manages leadership development programs and ensures consistency in onboarding across all plants
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Design
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders to diagnose needs and implement solutions
- Experience designing and delivering capability programs for frontline leaders or managers
- Strong ability to translate enterprise frameworks into practical applications
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments while providing clarity and accountability
