Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development Expert to design and scale professional and leadership development experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design leadership and professional learning programs to develop core skills across the organization
  • Partner with senior leaders to assess skill needs and co-create learning experiences aligned with business strategy
  • Lead the evolution of learning technology, including the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in learning and talent development within global or matrixed organizations
  • Proven expertise in curriculum design, learning strategy, and program management
  • Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP systems and experience in leading system selection or rollout projects
  • A degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
