Job Summary

Senior Talent Development Specialist, responsible for coordinating talent programs and performance management processes in a full-time role within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of performance management processes and analyze talent data
  • Co-design and facilitate engaging learning programs across various formats
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and manage timelines for talent and learning programs
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, talent, learning & development, or people operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated success as a facilitator who is engaging and adaptable
  • Experience with AI and emerging tools to enhance talent processes
  • Global or multi-region work experience is a plus
