Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Talent for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead goal and performance management process for the company
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy and program efforts
- Manage associate engagement efforts, M&A activity, and partner with training and development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and mergers & acquisitions
- SHRM or HRCI Certification a plus
- Proficiency in creating and implementing recruiting and growth strategies
- Ability to work independently, influence others, and maintain relationships effectively
