Leading recruitment efforts, the full-time Senior Talent Engagement Manager will attract, source, and engage top talent for client placements while developing effective recruitment strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attract and recruit qualified talent through various sourcing strategies and conduct behavioral-based interviews
• Build long-term relationships with talent and ensure ethical employee relations practices to enhance retention
• Collaborate with Business Development to understand client needs and foster positive client relationships to drive growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4+ years in staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales, preferably in a professional services environment
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment and meet revenue goals
• High sense of urgency and self-confidence in a results-oriented setting
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to organize work independently
