Key responsibilities
- Lead complex Talent Intelligence engagements from initial scoping through executive delivery, determining research approaches and outputs
- Build external market intelligence on evolving topics, including talent markets and competitive insights
- Translate complex research into clear implications and recommendations that support informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in talent intelligence, market research, management consulting, or high-level recruitment strategy roles
- Proficiency in using generative AI and advanced intelligence platforms to identify market patterns and opportunities
- Experience independently managing complex projects from start to finish
- Ability to synthesize complex information into high-level themes for executive audiences
- Strong track record of providing objective, high-quality research to solve organizational problems
