Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate corporate Talent Management program design, implementation, and communication
  • Lead employee relations cases and investigations, managing high-risk issues as needed
  • Support corporate workforce analysis, reporting, and talent management strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; HR certification highly desired
  • Minimum five years of progressive human resources or related experience required
  • Working knowledge in HR practices such as talent management, performance management, or employee relations
  • Ability to work well under pressure with project management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
