Job Summary

To drive the future of creator representation, the full-time Senior Talent Manager will recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent while identifying and executing brand partnerships, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, represent, and manage a diverse roster of digital talent across various verticals
  • Identify and negotiate brand partnerships and campaigns that align with clients' needs
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management and representation
  • Proven track record of managing a six to seven-figure talent roster
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly in pitching and managing high-value campaigns
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends in the creator economy and social media platforms
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce for deal tracking and management
