Senior Talent Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing the hiring experience, the full-time Senior Talent Operations Specialist will manage the administration of the ATS, lead talent operations projects, and design processes that improve efficiency while supporting a strong candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the ATS to ensure clear and consistent workflows
• Lead talent operations projects from kickoff through launch, aligning stakeholders and success metrics
• Design and refine processes that enhance recruiter and hiring team efficiency while improving candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 4+ years as an administrator of Greenhouse or Ashby ATS
• 4+ years of experience managing projects and operational initiatives within HR or Talent Acquisition
• 2+ years of experience leading programs with measurable success metrics
• Proven ability to execute projects efficiently across competing priorities
• Strong desire to innovate and improve processes using data and feedback
