Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Talent Operations Specialist who will manage and enhance onboarding experiences, optimize people workflows within Ashby, and analyze employee data to improve operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve preboarding and onboarding experiences across systems and processes
- Serve as an internal expert on Ashby, building and optimizing workflows and automations
- Analyze people and employee experience data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- Deep experience with Ashby and its capabilities
- Proven ability to build and optimize scalable systems and workflows
