Job Summary

To support the growth of G&A and Go-to-Market teams, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, build recruiting infrastructure, and design proactive sourcing strategies while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A and Go-to-Market roles, ensuring precision and a strong focus on candidate experience
  • Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including intake frameworks and interview guides to create consistency
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to maintain deep pipelines for both niche and high-volume roles
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A and/or GTM roles at a high-growth company
  • Proven experience in building recruiting processes and playbooks in a reactive environment
  • Deep sourcing expertise with advanced research techniques for diverse candidate pools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with leaders
  • Data fluency to drive decisions and continuously improve hiring processes
