Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run end-to-end searches across functions including Ops, Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Support
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build scorecards, and drive hiring plans
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates while maintaining process discipline
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups or high-growth organizations
  • Proven success in hiring across various levels and functions
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss P&L, GTM motion, or API strategy
  • Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
  • Bachelor's degree required; in-house recruiting experience is essential
