Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-velocity, high-volume roles within the sales ecosystem
• Partner with leaders to establish and achieve ambitious hiring goals while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Collaborate with universities to enhance recruitment efforts and strengthen the employment brand

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for high-volume GTM roles
• Proven success in collaborating with GTM leaders and sourcing candidates for high-velocity roles
• Experience in building high-performance sales teams and managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
• Operationally sharp with the ability to identify and resolve hiring process bottlenecks
• Experience partnering with universities to attract new graduate talent
