Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to serve as a hands-on people partner and talent adviser.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, performance issues, and workplace conflicts while providing support across the employee lifecycle
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing candidates
- Support core HR programs, including onboarding, performance management, and cultural initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR and Recruiting experience
- Minimum 3+ years recruiting technical and non-technical roles
- Minimum 3+ years as a Senior HR Generalist/HRBP or higher
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and experience in a hybrid HR/Recruiting role
- Experience in a small tech company or startup environment
