Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to serve as a hands-on people partner and talent adviser.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, performance issues, and workplace conflicts while providing support across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing candidates
  • Support core HR programs, including onboarding, performance management, and cultural initiatives
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HR and Recruiting experience
  • Minimum 3+ years recruiting technical and non-technical roles
  • Minimum 3+ years as a Senior HR Generalist/HRBP or higher
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and experience in a hybrid HR/Recruiting role
  • Experience in a small tech company or startup environment
