Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner, Go-To-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all Go-To-Market roles, including Sales and Account Management
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner to GTM leadership, driving alignment on hiring priorities
  • Design and improve GTM recruiting processes to support scale, speed, and quality
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience focused on Go-To-Market roles
  • Proven success in leading full-cycle GTM recruiting in a high-growth environment
  • Strong sourcing expertise with experience in building outbound pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, preferably Lever or a comparable system
  • Builder mentality with a focus on action, ownership, and continuous improvement
