Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Partner to lead recruiting strategy and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company-wide recruiting strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, focusing on SaaS and tech industry talent
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings
- Proven track record in recruiting and building pipelines in SaaS and technology environments
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong program management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
