Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the company-wide recruiting strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, focusing on SaaS and tech industry talent
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings
  • Proven track record in recruiting and building pipelines in SaaS and technology environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
