• Expertise in utilizing a typical talent tech stack (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong ability to balance competing priorities and manage hiring processes
• Commitment to creating respectful and clear candidate experiences
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and partnerships
