Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Senior Talent Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-functional hiring processes, from briefing to offer
• Proactively source and build diverse talent pipelines through direct headhunting
• Manage ATS and recruitment tools, ensuring data integrity and producing recruitment reports

Required Qualifications

• Experience in in-house talent acquisition, particularly in technical hiring
• Proficient in headhunting and engaging passive candidates
• Skilled in ATS management and recruitment reporting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep hiring processes aligned
• Available to start mid-April 2026 and commit to the contract duration until the end of August 2026
