Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to manage hiring processes across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles, including outbound Sales and Customer Growth
  • Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop targeted hiring strategies and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong track record of hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales and Operations
  • Experience with competitor mapping and passive candidate outreach campaigns
  • Proficiency with modern ATS tools like Greenhouse and sourcing tools
  • Hands-on experience using AI in recruiting workflows
