Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient imaging organization, the remote Senior Talent Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partner with leadership to drive hiring strategies, and build strong talent pipelines to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a high volume of roles, ensuring timely and quality hires
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, defining role requirements and guiding hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and manage the hiring process from intake to offer
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and maintaining high data accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
  • Experience sourcing through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
