Job Summary
Owning the full employee lifecycle experience, the Senior Talent and Culture Partner will design and scale talent development, management, and culture programs while leveraging AI tools, operating remotely in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and improvement of learning and development programs, including onboarding and leadership initiatives
- Manage performance review cycles and employee survey programs, ensuring equitable processes and actionable insights
- Oversee the internal employee recognition platform and champion culture initiatives that enhance employee connection and retention
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, or related HR disciplines
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end people programs, including onboarding and performance management
- Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for program design and analytics
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams
- Data-oriented, with the ability to analyze metrics and communicate insights effectively
