Job Summary
Driving hiring across critical technical functions, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will act as a strategic partner to leadership in a remote environment, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, hiring strategy, and improving talent assessment for complex Web3 roles.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy and execute recruitment for high-impact roles
- Design and enhance structured hiring practices while building and nurturing high-quality talent pipelines
- Advise on talent trends and compensation expectations, and manage end-to-end offer processes for senior candidates
