Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for the advisor practice, the hybrid Senior Talent Partner will manage the hiring of junior financial advisors and support staff, collaborating with team leads to develop search strategies and close impactful hires in New York and remotely across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for advisor practice roles, including junior financial advisors and associate advisors
- Partner with advisor team leads to build search strategies and establish hiring timelines
- Source candidates proactively from various wealth management talent markets and manage the candidate experience from outreach to offer close
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in wealth management or financial services
- Deep familiarity with advisor compensation structures, including payout grids and transition packages
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing advisor-track talent from wirehouse, RIA, or independent channels
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and modern sourcing tools
- Strong instincts on candidate quality and ability to engage with senior advisors without supervision
