Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for complex technical and go-to-market roles, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will proactively source candidates, manage hiring pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers in a 100% remote environment, preferably from the Greater Boston or Austin, TX region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and go-to-market functions from kickoff to offer close
- Drive proactive, multi-channel sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in cybersecurity and related fields
- Maintain candidate experience and pipeline data while partnering with hiring managers to define roles and interview structures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical and go-to-market functions
- Proven ability to recruit in cybersecurity or deep-tech markets
- Strong proactive sourcing skills and pipeline management
- Experience operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent candidate management and communication skills
