Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting from day one, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will manage sourcing, evaluation, and closing processes across various functions while building a comprehensive recruiting operating system in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market, engineering/product, and operations functions
  • Develop and implement the recruiting operating system, including ATS, interview structures, and scorecards
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO/COO and hiring managers to define role scopes and establish hiring standards
Required qualifications
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in early-stage or fast-growing companies
  • Strong independent, evidence-based candidate judgment with a track record of successful hires
  • Experience in sourcing top talent from diverse networks and communities
  • Ability to evaluate candidates across multiple functions, including growth and engineering roles
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making in a startup environment
