Job Summary

To support the scaling of design teams, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and engage with top-tier engineering talent in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer, focusing on candidate pipeline building and experience
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional engineering and design talent
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define team goals and identify what exceptional talent looks like for each role

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle design recruiting experience with a proven track record in attracting and closing top engineering talent
• Deep sourcing expertise, including advanced research techniques and outreach strategies
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to build trust with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong growth mindset
