Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level positions, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including proactive sourcing and securing top talent for multiple disciplines
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find quality candidates, including those from non-traditional sources
• Manage candidate communications and feedback, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in clinical research
• Experience in conducting and coaching on behavioral-based interviewing
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and candidate relationship management systems preferred
• Experience with candidate databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
