Senior Talent Partner
Job Summary
To support the expansion in the US, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will manage strategic hiring across AI, infrastructure, software engineering, and leadership roles while developing a strong network within the US tech ecosystem and contributing to broader company-building initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and support hiring for strategic US roles, collaborating with founders and senior leaders
- Develop relationships and networks within the US AI and technology ecosystem, attending relevant events
- Contribute to company-building efforts, including US employment practices, onboarding, and employee experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, or executive search
- Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the US, particularly in AI, ML, and infrastructure
- Good understanding of the US technology ecosystem and ability to engage with senior technical leaders
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong professional network
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong ownership mentality
