Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner for its Go-To-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field leaders to drive hiring
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle and build talent pipelines for critical GTM roles
  • Use data to improve sourcing strategies and maintain high hiring standards


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience hiring for GTM roles in high-growth B2B or industrial environments
  • Proven success in hiring revenue-generating roles such as Account Executives and Sales Engineers
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders on hiring strategy
  • Strong business acumen regarding the impact of hiring on revenue and customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with modern ATS systems and AI tools in recruiting workflows
