Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior STEM Talent Partner in Healthcare & Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sourcing and engaging applicants from various channels to build talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on strategies to maximize talent pools
• Oversee the full recruiting life cycle, including candidate correspondence, screening, interview scheduling, and evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience, with additional education substituting for experience
• At least 2 years of experience hiring for healthcare and scientific roles
• At least 4 years of experience in the federal government, with extensive networks for recruiting
• Experience with applicant vetting in science and healthcare markets
