Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Talent Partner - Tech will own full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership roles, partnering with senior leadership to define hiring plans and implementing structured interview processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring processes for technical roles and support Product Engineering recruitment
• Engage passive candidates with tailored messaging and build forward-looking talent pipelines across the Americas and Europe
• Document and enhance recruiting workflows, contributing to broader Talent initiatives and ensuring high-quality candidate screening

Required qualifications

• Proven technical recruiting experience in a high-bar environment with a track record of sustained hiring outcomes
• Strong ability to assess technical concepts and role nuances to evaluate candidate potential
• Experience in designing and executing processes that predict hiring success
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Familiarity with recruiting across USA, LATAM, and EU markets is a bonus
