Job Summary

Managing day-to-day partner engagement, the fully remote Senior Talent Partnership Consultant will build and activate talent pipelines through external partners, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates and streamlining processes for internal recruiting teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage talent partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving alignment on hiring needs and performance
  • Review partner-submitted candidates, present qualified talent to hiring teams, and maintain a strong pipeline for priority roles
  • Design streamlined processes and workflows to track partner-sourced candidates and improve visibility across the hiring pipeline
Required qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in talent partnership or recruitment
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Beamery, is preferred
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidate readiness and articulate their value to hiring managers
  • Proven track record in relationship management with external organizations and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in process design and operational excellence to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
