Senior Talent Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing global organization, the remote Senior Talent Program Manager will design and manage early career initiatives, including internship and graduate programs, while building university partnerships and enhancing the overall early careers experience.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, design, and program manage scalable global early career initiatives and monitor their success metrics
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with universities and student organizations to expand the early career pipeline
• Support broader Talent and Organizational Development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Development or Early Careers, with a focus on designing and managing related programs
• Proven experience in building and managing university partnerships and campus strategies
• Strong workshop facilitation skills with the ability to inspire early career professionals
• Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multi-faceted programs across global teams
• Ability to use data and feedback to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement
