Senior Talent Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of selection and assessment programs, the full-time Senior Talent Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance Coinbase's hiring processes while working remotely and collaborating in-person quarterly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement selection and assessment frameworks to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
• Manage cross-functional program execution, aligning stakeholders and delivering on project timelines
• Develop scalable interviewer enablement programs, focusing on structured interview methodologies and bias reduction

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management or talent operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept to execution
• Experience in building structured interview processes or assessment frameworks in a technology environment
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness and define KPIs
• Strong preference for a background in industrial-organizational psychology or psychometrics
