Senior Talent Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of selection and assessment programs, the full-time Senior Talent Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives to enhance hiring processes and drive high-quality talent evaluation in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement selection and assessment frameworks to ensure consistent hiring decisions across the organization
• Lead program execution with various centers of excellence, managing project plans and stakeholder alignment for concurrent initiatives
• Develop scalable interviewer enablement programs to improve candidate evaluation methods and reduce bias in hiring practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs from concept to execution
• Experience in building structured interview processes and assessment frameworks in a technology setting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to validate program effectiveness and inform decision-making
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology or related fields is preferred
